If you think that something is impossible, consider it as having a 0 percent chance. If you think the event is possible but unlikely, you might say there is a 3 percent chance or a 15 percent chance. If you think the chance is pretty even, you can say there is a 46 percent chance or perhaps a 52 percent chance.
